This site is deliberately close to cookie-free. It is a static site with no advertising, no third-party embeds, and no cross-site tracking.

That is the complete list. It is not a cookie, it never leaves your browser, and it contains the single word light or dark.

Because we set nothing that requires consent under the ePrivacy rules, this site shows no cookie banner. If you later add analytics, embedded video, a chat widget, or ad pixels, that stops being true and a consent mechanism becomes mandatory.

If you add analytics before launch, list the provider, the cookies it sets, their lifetimes, and add a consent banner that blocks them until accepted. Do not leave this section unchanged in that case.

Fonts and assets

Plus Jakarta Sans and Cairo are self-hosted from this domain rather than loaded from Google Fonts, so no request leaves for a third-party server and no IP address is shared. Every image, icon and script on this site is served from the same origin.

The Brtr app

The app does not use cookies. It stores the following on your device:

Session credentials, so you don’t sign in every time you open it.
Your preferences — language, theme, and notification settings.
A cache of listing images you have recently seen, so the deck loads instantly.
Crash diagnostics queued for upload if the app has closed unexpectedly.

Uninstalling the app removes all of it. Deleting your account removes the server-side data described in the privacy policy.

Managing it

You can clear this site’s stored theme preference by clearing site data for this domain in your browser settings. Doing so simply returns the site to following your operating system’s light or dark setting.
